Orphaned at only a couple days old, we found Moses shortly after his mother was killed. He's noisy, adorable, and his survival is a miracle. This is his story. (Start at the oldest post to read his story from the beginning)

Moses and Lola
Here's Moses cuddling with his older "sister" Lola. She doesn't know what to think. He just wants some love.
He's doing great! We hadn't posted in a few days (keeping up with the little guy takes up most of our time!), but with all the support and encouragement, it has inspired us to post more often. Thank you for the kind words!
oh man - so cute - i sure hope Lola comes around. lil guy just needs some love. animals are the best.
i think what you guys are doing is great - i hope you continue to post and share the story of Moses and the antics that you'll be seeing soon.
you should also post a link to pay pal for donations and stuff. i'd be happy to donate for his shots and stuff. and fyi - they have pet insurance. given no history on the lil guy, may not be something to consider. wish you guys all the best from Texas. and big hugs to moses and lola
John, Thank you so much for being so kind and generous. And thank you for the great idea of setting up a paypal account. We don't know much about that, but we will look into it. At this point, it seems that he's pretty healthy considering the regular mothering/nurturing that he missed out on. We're just lucky we found him when we did!
Thank you again. It's the kindness and compassion of people like you who reaffirm our faith in the human spirit.
Moses is so cute!! My husband and I also adopt our pets and I just love hearing other people's stories about how much joy these beautiful little creatures bring into their world.
Moses is adorable and you are amazing people for showing him so much patience, love and determination. Lola will warm to Moses as he gets older and does more fun stuff!
Looking forward to ongoing updates. I've posted a link to Moses' blog on my FB.
Lots of love to Moses, Lola and their dedicated humans from Australia!
Thank you so much for the re-post, and for such kind words of encouragement! Moses really is adorable, and we are looking forward to many years of having him around.
As for the four of us, we are absolutely amazed that people on the other side of the world have taken an interest in his story! Thank you so much!
Hi, Moses is adorable! You are such great people to give him a home and so much love! I took a small kitten in myself, but unfortunately it was older (about 8 weeks) and already fully adopt to the street. I feed it regularly though and try holding an eye open if it gets in trouble with the neighbourhood-boss-cats ;)
Wow this is amazing!! He's supercute! I think that what you guys are doing here is realy inspiering. Thank you for being awesome and fantastic people!! Good luck Moses!<3
It looks to me like toward the end of the video, Lola's leaning into Moses a little bit-- it seems like she's starting to get the hang of cuddling with him a bit. I hope that in the time since the video was made, she's coming around even more. A great pair, Lo & Mo!
That is the most adorable thing I've ever seen! I am so impressed with how you have taken care of this sweet little creature. The world truly needs more people like you. Thank you for being such an inspiration, and thank you for sharing Mo's life!
You are so god hearted people, wish there could be more people like you in this world:) Moses is so adorable,i just want to cuddle with him <3 Good luck, i hope with all my heart you survive Moses!
Well, i think single kittens do better with another big four-footed friend around, just look how Moses snuggles up to her. It looks like Lola is just fine with her new role as the big sister.
You're wonderful for taking in little Moses! Best of luck to him!
ReplyDeleteHow is Moses doing? I am going to worry every day there isn't an update that he didn't make it! He's so cute, and you are kind people.
